Michelle Hyde - Personal Trainer |
Coach Michelle has a Bachelors of Science in Health Science, with a concentration in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition from Oakland University. She also has her Certified Personal Training Certification from NASM. Coach Michelle has experience working with many different types of people from all ages, fitness levels, and athletic abilities.
Her philosophy focuses on long-lasting learning as she works towards improving the wellbeing of her clients. By sharing knowledge, support, guidance, and resources she helps her clients incorporate all dimensions of wellness into their everyday life. She aims to create a training environment that not only inspires, but also empowers her clients of all fitness levels to have fun while challenging themselves. Coach Michelle grew up playing basketball and soccer through high school, then played co-ed softball and ice hockey through college. She enjoys watching baseball, hockey, football, and basketball. Her interests and experiences with fitness have broadened to include weight & strength training, nutrition, and sports specific training & conditioning. |
